We are committed to full customer satisfaction.  If your product doesn't function due to a manufacturing or other defect in original / unaltered workmanship, reach out directly via email at ksa@ksanalytical.com.  We will make every effort, on a case-by-case basis, to resolve the issue.  At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to replace the product/s in question or grant a refund less shipping charges.
